Islamabad: Jail hearing and jail trial were approved in the new case of Tosha Khana.
According to the details, the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi have been arrested in the new NAB case yesterday.
The notification of the jail trial has been issued under Section 16B of the NAB Ordinance 1999.
The Ministry of Law and Justice says that the trial will take place in the jail for security reasons.
It has been said in the notification that if the NAB court deems it necessary in view of law and order, the trial should be conducted in jail.
The lawyers of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi were informed about the jail trial notification.
A hearing will be held today in Adiala Jail for the physical remand of founder PTI and his wife in the new reference of Tosha Khana.
Judge Muhammad Ali Waraich of Accountability Court, lawyers of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi have reached Adiala Jail, Chaudhry Zaheer.
Abbas Advocate and Usman Gul will appear in court.
Meanwhile, prison sources say that a team of 11 officers of Lahore Police has also reached Adiala Jail.
