According to ARY News, the Border Health Services has issued a monkey pox virus warning message, which states that monkey pox cases are increasing in the African country of Congo, neighboring countries, in view of which borders across the country High alert has been put at the crossing points.
According to sources, 9 cases of monkeypox have been reported in Pakistan, resulting in the death of one person.
According to BHS sources, all monkeypox cases in Pakistan have been transferred from Gulf countries, after which monkeypox screening of travelers coming from abroad has been started.
The post said that suspected monkeypox patients should be isolated and the patient should be reported to the Border Health Services.
The BHS post has directed that foreign travelers with acute injuries be isolated at the airport.
