In the Tosha Khana reference, the Special Court of Accountability has approved the 8-day physical remand of PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi.
According to Aaj Ki Aawaz News, Rawalpindi Special Court of Accountability Judge Muhammad Ali Waraich heard the safe verdict and ordered NAB to investigate PTI founder and Bushra Bibi inside the jail.
Earlier, the accountability court heard the new reference of Tosha Khana in Adiala Jail in which the lawyers of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi Chaudhry Zahar Abbas and Usman Gul appeared.

The accountability court reserved its decision after hearing arguments from both sides.
It should be noted that yesterday, the session court of Islamabad, while hearing the appeal against the punishments of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi in the Iddat Nikah case, acquitted them both honorably.
Later, the founder PTI and Bashira Bibi were arrested in the new NAB case yesterday and the federal government approved the jail hearing and jail trial in the new case.
After the federal government’s approval, the Ministry of Law and Justice had issued a notification stating that the trial would be held in jail for security reasons.
In view of law and order, if the NAB court deems it necessary, the trial should be conducted in jail.
The lawyers of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi were informed about the jail trial notification.
