The annual cost of construction equipment has significantly decreased as a result of the US dollar’s devaluation.

 

According to market sources, there has been a total decrease of 13,000 rupees in the minimum price of local currency.

 

At present, the lowest cost per ton of local serry is 2 lakh 29 thousand rupees, and the highest cost is 2 lakh 36 thousand rupees per ton.

 

The cost of a tonne of steel in Karachi is 2 lakh 36 thousand rupees.

 

The rates are 2 lakh 32 thousand rupees per ton in Lahore and 2 lakh 29 thousand rupees per ton in Multan.

 

In Islamabad, the cost per ton is 2 lakh 34 thousand rupees, whereas in Faisalabad, it is 2 lakh 31 thousand rupees.

In a similar vein, branded Steel is now less expensive.

 

Currently, the market price ranges from 2 lakh 61 thousand rupees per ton at the minimum to 2 lakh 55 thousand rupees per ton at the maximum.

 

In the past, a ton of sulfur may cost up to 3 lakh five thousand rupees.

 

The building industry is relieved by this price reduction, which may stimulate business ventures and development initiatives.
