Jeddah: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has launched an online platform ‘Qiwa’ to help foreigners, including Pakistani citizens, in accessing various facilities.
The Qiva platform offers various specialized electronic services to companies and employees.
It enables foreign workers including Pakistanis to get their salary certificate if they are currently employed.

The salary certificate contains the applicant’s current employment details.
Additionally, expatriates can also get work experience certificates from their previous jobs through the ‘Qiva’ platform.
All these services are available to foreign employees free of charge and without any conditions.
How to get salary certificate online in Saudi Arabia?
The mechanism is that applicants need to login to their ‘Qiva’ account which is easy to use on mobile and desktop devices.
Go to Services section. Select the job that requires a salary certificate.
Specify the institution requesting the salary certificate.
Select the salary certificate type. After reviewing the information, the certificate will be issued.
