Karachi: Last night, the hottest night of this year was recorded in Shahr-e-Quaid, but even today, the situation of insecurity remains.

According to the details, the scorching heat in Karachi has made the condition of the citizens worse, the situation in the city is still in limbo and the forecast is partly cloudy.

Last night was the second hottest night of July so far for Quaid city, with the minimum temperature recorded at 32 degrees Celsius, the Meteorological Department said.

Currently, the temperature of the city is thirty-five degrees Celsius, while the intensity is felt at 49 degrees and the humidity in the air is sixty-five percent.

According to the Meteorological Department, the second spell of Monsoon winds will enter the city today, due to which, during the next 24 hours, some places in Hyderabad, Sajawal Umarkot, Mithi, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Dadu, Badin and Thatta will be hit. Chance of rain with wind and thunder.
