Karachi: Last night, the hottest night of this year was recorded in Shahr-e-Quaid, but even today, the situation of insecurity remains.

Last night was the second hottest night of July so far for Quaid city, with the minimum temperature recorded at 32 degrees Celsius, the Meteorological Department said.

According to the Meteorological Department, the second spell of Monsoon winds will enter the city today, due to which, during the next 24 hours, some places in Hyderabad, Sajawal Umarkot, Mithi, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Dadu, Badin and Thatta will be hit.
