Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) approached the court against the suspension of the NOC of the Tarnool Jalsa.

According to the details, despite the court order in the Islamabad High Court, a petition was filed against the suspension of the NOC of PTI’s Tarnool rally.

The petition was filed by the Coordinator of Tehreek Tahafuz Constitution, Netarakhunzdah Hussain, in which it was said that the DC Islamabad informed the court on July 4 that the NOC had been issued, then Amir Mughal went to the DC office to take the government officials on a visit to the meeting hall. Police arrested from DC office.

In the petition, it is said that the NOC of the meeting has been canceled after it was learned from Islamabad Police’s tweet, DC Islamabad sent a letter to cancel the NOC yesterday.

In the filed petition, it was further said that suspending the NOC of Tarnool Jalsa despite the court order is contempt of court, it is requested that the court should take contempt of court action against those who suspended the NOC.

Chief Commissioner, DC, IG, SH Othana Tarnool and others have been made party to the petition on behalf of Tehreek Tahafuz Constitution.

It should be remembered that the NOC of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s meeting in Islamabad today was canceled and the administration took out the container and other equipment set up for the stage from the meeting hall.

A decision was taken in a meeting regarding security during Muharram under the chairmanship of Chief Commissioner Islamabad, but PTI did not attend despite invitation.

The Chief Commissioner suspended the NOC of the rally due to security concerns and recommendations, later PTI leader Umar Ayub said that we will hold the rally in any case, the rally will not be canceled under any circumstances.
