Senior actor of Pakistan drama industry Tuqeer Nasir has said that Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan copied his character in a movie.

He said this while talking in a special program of a TV channel, he said that he was offered an Indian film which I rejected.

In response to a question, Tauqeer Nasir said that Shahrukh Khan has always appreciated my work, while he has also sent his greetings and appreciation messages many times through different people.

Talking about King Khan, the senior Pakistani actor said that in the Bollywood film ‘Kabhi Al-Wadaa Na Kehna’, Shahrukh Khan copied the complete role of one of my drama serials ‘Parvaaz’ in the Hobho film.

“I appreciate it, but they should have given the credit to filmmaker Karan Johar,” he added.

To a question regarding the offer of Indian films, Toqeer Nasir revealed that he was indirectly offered a film by the Indian director ‘Sawan Kumar Tak’ which I rejected.

Explaining the reason for this refusal, he said that this offer of ‘Saawan Kumar Tak’ was inspired by the story of ‘Zingar’ in which actress Madhuri was cast, which is why I refused.

It should be noted that legendary actor Tauqeer Nasir has been appointed as the goodwill ambassador of PKLI Hospital Lahore.

On this occasion, Tawkir Nasir said that PKLI is providing modern treatment facilities for liver and kidney patients.
